Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and protection of user information for the service. We collect account identifiers, technical information, and interaction history. The data is used to operate the service, contact the user, and analyse usage. Sharing with third parties is only possible where required by law or with the user's consent. Data is stored only as long as needed and protected by reasonable means. The user accepts the risks inherent in transmitting data over the internet. The Administration may amend this Policy without prior notice — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information transmitted by the User when using the service (the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy. Users who disagree must stop using the Service.

2. Collection of information

2.1. The Service may collect the following types of data:

  • account identifiers (Telegram ID (chat_id), nickname, gender);
  • technical information (IP address, browser/device/OS data, device info — model, platform, app);
  • history of interactions with the Service.

2.2. The Service does not require the User to provide passport data, documents, photos, or any personal information beyond the minimum necessary for operation.

3. Use of information

3.1. The Service may use collected information solely to:

  • operate functionality;
  • communicate with the User (notifications and support);
  • analyse and improve the Service;
  • prevent abuse.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. The Administration does not share data with third parties except:

  • where required by law;
  • where necessary to fulfil obligations to the User (e.g. payment processors);
  • where the User has given consent.

5. Storage and security

5.1. Data is stored for as long as needed to fulfil processing goals.

5.2. The Administration applies reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always carries risk.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss, theft, or disclosure of data caused by third parties or the User.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. The Administration may amend this Policy without prior notice.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
